Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Communication via phone or email with customers regarding orders and their products
- Dealing with different types of queries - not received orders, delivery time of the bought products, technical questions regarding the usage of the products.
- Weekly tracking activities and reporting to the management


*** The position requires working during weekends (twice a month), Monday to Sunday rotative from 8 am to 8 pm, 5 days per week ***
- Working in specific internal systems

Who are we looking for:

- Fluent Dutch language (C1)
- Communicative and dynamic personality
- The position is suitable for fresh graduated candidate
