Náplň práce

We are looking for talented Spanish speakers who have a passion for delivering an outstanding service for our clientele! Become our "VIP Assistant"!

You will definitely not get bored, as you will participate in the following activities:
- Daily communication in SPANISH and ENGLISH with internal clients, business partners and stakeholders
- Coordinating and providing assistance for diverse administrative and analytical activities, researches, presentations, contract related agenda, etc.
- Managing data and working with internal databases
- Regular reporting activities

Požiadavky

If you find this position interesting and fulfil the following criteria, send us your CS immediately!
- You have an active knowledge of SPANISH and ENGLISH language (level B2 or C1)
- You have successfully completed university (economic specialization is a HUGE advantage)
- You have already worked in the field of administration for at least 6 months
- You are a team player with an analytical mind-set who is not afraid to come up with new ideas
- You are an experienced user of MS Office, especially MS Excel
