We are seeking an Agentic Developer | ML Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Bratislava, with flexible work-from-home options. In this position, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models tailored to client needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning solutions into existing systems, conduct data preprocessing, and automate tasks. Additional responsibilities include testing and optimizing ML algorithms, addressing technical challenges, and staying up to date with advancements in AI technologies.

Požiadavky

Experience with Agentic programming, Agents development using Microsoft technologies, or OpenAI
Proficiency in machine learning technologies, models, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
Strong programming skills in Python, R, and proficiency in using AI/ML libraries
Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and maintaining data quality
Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment of ML solutions
Knowledge of algorithm optimization and fine-tuning ML models for enhanced performance
Effective collaboration and communication skills to work within cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field is required
Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment
Experience working with CRM-based AI solutions and consulting clients is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, innovative approach to technology challenges
