Role overview:
We are looking for an experienced HSE Specialist/Expert responsible for supporting management in all Health, Safety & Environment matters and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Advising management on HSE matters.
- Executing the HSE control plan (trainings, inspections, sampling, monitoring).
- Identifying hazards, analyzing incidents/accidents, and implementing corrective actions.
- Preparing HSE reports and analyzing safety/environmental data.
- Cooperating with external bodies (insurers, regulatory authorities, subcontractors).
- Overseeing safety audits, observation programs, and preventive actions.
- Verifying PPE, equipment, materials, and chemical substances for HSE compliance.
- Ensuring fire protection and insurance compliance within the site.
- Organizing HSE trainings, including onboarding sessions.
- Participating in HSE committees and meetings.
- Monitoring supplier compliance with REACH requirements.
- Maintaining complete and up‑to‑date HSE documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with standards: IATF 16949 / ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001.

Požiadavky

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position (6+ years)
- Knowledge of the manufacturing/production industry
- Familiarity with ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
- Understanding of the 5S methodology
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level
